but it also said its up to the govering of the city to decide, which means they can pass a ordinance, its up to the city and chances are most citys wont allow it.

i understand the safety issue. if someone blows a stop sign and t-bones somebody, chances are the atv/golfcart driver wont win, but thats a chance they are taking. unfortunatly, i dont see this passing in to many citys. i ride mine on the road anyway, but i live in the country.

the city wont allow it if we sit back and do do anything, if we want it allowed then we do like im doing and take this to the local gonverning body and show them support for it and get it allowed.

Atlanta illinois already passed a town law saying no atv's on the road after this law passed, being only 1500 people, chances are pekin, peoria will never allow this and most other citys
